mistyswap provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency swap interface that allows users to exchange cryptocurrencies across multiple blockchains. We do not hold, store, or manage cryptocurrency on behalf of users.

You are solely responsible for managing your own wallet and private keys. mistyswap is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of any wallet or the loss of private keys.

4. User responsibilities

When using mistyswap, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: Provide correct destination wallet addresses. mistyswap is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
• Comply with applicable laws: Comply with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including tax, anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, and other applicable laws.

• Engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity.

mistyswap reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access and report activity to the relevant authorities if any prohibited use is suspected.

mistyswap does not require users to create an account for standard swap transactions. Information collected during the use of the service is limited to what is necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
