- Not use mistyswap to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or process proceeds of criminal activity.
- Accept that you are solely responsible for your own compliance with local laws, including AML, CTF, and sanctions requirements.
mistyswap does not provide legal or compliance advice. You are responsible for obtaining your own advice regarding your obligations under applicable laws.
4. Sanctions
mistyswap does not provide service to individuals, entities, or jurisdictions that are subject to comprehensive sanctions or restricted persons lists as defined by applicable law. We may block or refuse transactions involving:
- Sanctioned jurisdictions (including but not limited to those subject to comprehensive sanctions as defined by applicable law).
- Individuals or entities listed on applicable sanctions or restricted persons lists.
- Wallet addresses or transactions that are flagged by sanctions screening or compliance checks.
We reserve the right to refuse service in any jurisdiction or to any user where we determine that providing service would violate applicable law or this policy.
5. Monitoring and reporting
mistyswap may monitor activity on our platform for signs of abuse, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or other illicit activity. Where required by applicable law, we may report suspicious activity or transactions to the relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or block any transaction where we suspect a violation of this policy or applicable law, or where we are required to do so by law. We are not obligated to inform you of the reason for any such action where doing so would conflict with legal or regulatory obligations.
6. Cooperation with authorities
mistyswap may respond to lawful requests from law enforcement, regulators, or other competent authorities within the bounds of applicable law. We may disclose information where required by law, including in connection with AML, CTF, sanctions, or other regulatory or criminal investigations. We do not disclose information beyond what is required or permitted by applicable law.
7. Right to refuse
mistyswap reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform and to refuse individual transactions at any time and without notice where we suspect a violation of this AML policy or applicable law, or where we determine that providing service would expose us to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. We may take such action without liability to you.
